Refund Policy at Indian dresses

Customer satisfaction is our top most priority. That is why we take utmost care to deliver quality products at best price. However, if the product received is not per your satisfaction we have a hassle-free refund policy.

The refundable policy for products is as below

  • The orders for unstitched or ready-to-wear products can be refunded. In such cases, the customer has to return the product to our address in India. The return shipping cost has to be borne by the customer. The money shall be refunded within 7 days of receiving the product on our address: no questions asked.
  • In rare cases if the product delivered has manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping or the wrong product is delivered to you, please send an e-mail to us at support@indiandresses.co within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • In case of damaged or wrong product sent, we will rectify our mistake and ship the same again to you at the earliest. This shall be done at no extra shipping cost to you. If the product goes out of stock, you will have the option of a refund inclusive of the shipping charges or you may choose another product of the same price. For this we will initiate a coupon of the same amount which will be valid for a month after the date of return.
  • The shipping for return will be done by the customer and the refund shall be initiated after 7 days of receiving the product. The refund amount will include the return shipping charges as well. For further details, please contact our customer service representative.


The non-refundable policy for products is as below

  • In case of customized stitched garments, the product is non-refundable as it has been customized according to the individual measurements.
  • Products bought in bulk and at wholesale rates are non-refundable.
  • Products bought on offers and discounts are non-refundable.
  • Any cancellation on orders for customized stitched products has to be given within two days of order placed. Since the product goes for stitching, it is not possible to cancel orders after that.


Specifications in case of return

  • The product to be returned should be in salable condition, i.e. unwashed and not damaged.
  • The invoice for all the returns and refunds should be retained.
  • The tags on the product should be intact and the original packing should be maintained.

In case you wish to return the product after 7 days of receiving the product, the amount will not be refunded. Instead a coupon of the same amount will be issued to you which you may use to buy anything else from the store. This shall be valid only up to 12 days from the date of receiving the product.

The refund of the complete amount including the shipping and handling charges will be initiated and done within 7-10 days of the notification.
